Telegram Notification Setup Guide

Follow these steps to receive trade notifications on Telegram.

What You Get

🟢Trade Opened —Instant notification when a Buy/Sell signal is executed

Prerequisites

  • A Telegram account with a username set (Settings → Username)
  • At least one connected trading account on TV2Broker
  • An active subscription plan

Setup Steps

Go to Telegram Notifications Page

Navigate to Telegram Notifications from the top menu or directly at copy.tv2broker.com/telegram

Enter Your Telegram Username

Type your Telegram username in the field (without the @ sign). This must match your actual Telegram username exactly.

Tip: To check or set your Telegram username, open Telegram → Settings → tap on your profile → Username.

Select Accounts & Save

Check the trading accounts you want to receive notifications for, choose your notification level, then click Enable Notifications.

Notification Levels:
  • All — Get notified for every trade open, close, and error
  • Warnings & Errors — Only when something goes wrong
  • Errors only — Only critical failures

Open the Bot on Telegram & Send /start

Click the link below (or search for @tv2brokernotificationbot in Telegram) and send the message /start

Open @tv2brokernotificationbot
Important: You must send /start AFTER saving your settings on the website. The bot needs to find your username in our system to link your account.

Done! Notifications Are Active

You will now receive Telegram messages from Tv2Broker.com whenever TradingView signals are executed on your selected accounts. Go back to the Telegram page to verify the status shows "Connected".

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: I sent /start but the bot says my username wasn't found?

Make sure you saved your settings on the Telegram page first, and that the username you entered matches your Telegram username exactly (case-insensitive).

Q: I don't have a Telegram username, what do I do?

Open Telegram → Settings → tap your profile → set a Username. Then enter the same username on our website and send /start to the bot.

Q: Can I get notifications for only some accounts?

Yes! On the Telegram settings page, you can check/uncheck which accounts should trigger notifications.

Q: How do I stop receiving notifications?

Go to the Telegram page and either uncheck "Enable Notifications" or click "Remove Notifications".

Q: Which trades trigger notifications?

Notifications are sent for trades executed via TradingView webhook signals (buy, sell, close, etc.) on your selected accounts.
